1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TransMov ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

TransMov is a macOS application that provides video and animation processing tools, including:

  • Animation file preview and playback (APNG, GIF, WebP)
  • Video background removal using AI or chroma key technology
  • Video to animation format conversion
  • Animation format conversion (APNG ↔ GIF ↔ WebP)

All processing is performed locally on your device. No files are uploaded to external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Application only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Application to process copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Ensure you have the right to process any files you use with the Application
  • Maintain the security of your device and files
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

4. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by TransMov.

You retain all rights to the files you process using the Application. TransMov does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Payment and Refunds

TransMov offers both free and paid features:

  • Free Features: Core functionality is available at no cost
  • Paid Features: Advanced features require a one-time purchase or subscription

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund policy. TransMov does not process refunds directly.

For subscription-based purchases, you can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TransMov does not guarantee that:

  • The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The results of processing will meet your expectations
  • All features will work on all devices or macOS versions

You use the Application at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransMov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or files
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application

TransMov's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data and Privacy

All file processing occurs locally on your device. TransMov does not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

TransMov reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

TransMov reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for users who violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TransMov operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
