- AI Background Removal: Our AI-powered background removal feature uses Apple's native Vision framework, which runs entirely on your device using the Apple Neural Engine. No data is sent to external servers or third-party AI services. All processing happens locally and offline.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, Apple's App Store processes the transaction. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status, not your payment details.
- Usage Preferences: We store your app preferences (such as language and appearance settings) locally on your device using UserDefaults.
3. How We Use Your Information
The limited information we collect is used solely to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Process in-app purchases through Apple's secure payment system

- No Network Transmission: TransMov does not require internet connectivity for core functionality. Your data is never transmitted over the network.
- System-Level Security: TransMov follows Apple's security best practices and operates with restricted system access to protect your data.
- No Data Storage: We do not maintain servers or databases that store your personal information or files.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data: All data is stored locally on your device. You can view and manage your preferences in the app settings.
- Delete your data: You can delete the app at any time, which will remove all locally stored preferences. Your files remain on your device and are not affected.

- Opt-out of purchases: You can choose not to make in-app purchases. The app's core functionality is available without purchases.
